The Day of Week food journey was started in Norway 2020, by two generations, a family of four, in close collaboration with local farmers, chefs, partners and involvement of consumers.
We develop a sustainable food system that connects professional kitchens with local producers in a digital ecosystem with data- driven market services that stimulate competitive growth for both parties.
Now we have a great Foodtures team with cutting-edge expertise creating a sustainable food system to make locally produced food a preferred choice.
In the Summer 2021 we travelled from farm to farm in Norway to understand their pain and needs.
Since then we have traveled in the Nordic and to several countries and verified the need and Day of Week food system.
Our vision is Taste of tomorrow with a glocal mission to transform food into local, stimulating sustainable food consumption and production creating local values and make healthy food available to more people.
We crafts the value of local food with data and technology and build a scalable ecosystem to connect hotel and restaurants with local farmers and position local food in the lifestyle market.
